Custom website + mini CMS + SEO for Google and AI

InGlory

The atelier had a contact form so flooded with spam that real enquiries got lost in it. We built a new custom website, a form protected against bots, a small content management system for the gallery of finished work, and did complete SEO for Google and for AI search engines. Today the website ranks first in all three search engines we tried.

Brief

What the client wanted

  • A contact form that only real enquiries reach
  • A website that feels as premium as the curtains themselves
  • A way to book a consultation without picking up the phone
  • To add finished work to the gallery without a developer
  • To be visible in Google when people look for custom curtains in Bratislava
  • To be in the answers of AI assistants too, not only in classic search

Challenge

What the client came with

InGlory is a family atelier in Bratislava that sews curtains and drapes to measure. Measuring at the customer's home, hand sewing and fitting the rails and tracks are all done by them, so almost every job starts with a single phone call or a message from the website.

And that is exactly where the problem was. The contact form was so flooded with spam that it became unusable. A real enquiry is easily lost among dozens of automated messages, and once you stop trusting a form, you stop looking into it. A customer who writes and gets no reply does not write a second time.

The second part of the brief was visibility. People choose custom curtains locally and search for them with the name of the city. Whoever is not on the first screen of results does not exist for the customer. And more and more often they do not ask Google, they ask an AI assistant.

Solution

What we did and why

A new custom website. We built it from the ground up, with no content management system and no bought template. Tailwind CSS is compiled in advance, the photos are in the AVIF and WebP formats and only what the page really needs goes to the browser.

A form that keeps spam out. The new contact form has several layers of protection: a hidden trap for bots, a signed token with a time limit and a cap on submissions from one address. Automated messages are filtered out before any e-mail is sent, so the atelier only receives real enquiries.

Call booking right on the website. Anyone who does not want to write picks a time for a phone call or a video call. A free consultation is the first step of every job, so this shortens the path from visiting the website to measuring at the customer's home.

A mini CMS for finished work. The atelier adds finished jobs itself: it uploads the photos, writes a few sentences and picks the location. Nothing more is needed. The website turns that into a page for the job, puts it in the gallery and among the filters by location, and adds it to the sitemap for search engines.

The photos process themselves. Every uploaded photograph becomes a set of images in the AVIF and WebP formats, in several sizes for mobile and for desktop. The browser downloads the smallest one that is good enough, so a gallery with dozens of photos stays fast even on mobile data.

Addresses that say something. Every piece of work has its own address, built from what was done and where, for example /realizacie/zaclony-rezidencia-pri-myte-bratislava-raca. It reads well for a human and for a search engine, and it carries exactly the words people search for.

Nothing was lost in the move. We permanently redirected (301) the addresses from the old website to the new ones. Anyone with an old link in their bookmarks, on Facebook or in Google lands on the right page, and the website kept what it had built up in the search engines.

SEO for Google and for AI. Titles, descriptions and heading structure for every page, a sitemap, robots.txt, structured data with a machine readable description of the company, the services and the answers to common questions, an llms.txt file and access granted to AI bots. The goal was not only to get into Google, but into the answers of ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot.

A visualization of the fabric right in the customer's own photo. The atelier keeps hearing the same question: how will it look in my home. So we added a Visualizations page to the administration. A member of staff uploads a photo of the customer's room, picks a style, meaning airy net curtains, blackout drapes or both layers together, and a few seconds later has a photo with the fabric in place. Next to the result the page reminds them that this is a visualization, not a photo of a finished job, and that this has to be written beside the image when it is published.

It runs on a product of our own. The editing is done by MeaReal, our application for editing photos with artificial intelligence, through a REST interface at www.meareal.com/api/v1. On the MeaReal side InGlory has its own brand with its own styles, tailored to fabrics rather than to properties. When another style is added on the MeaReal side, it appears in the administration by itself, with no change to the website. We did not have to build a second application: it was enough to open up the one we already run.

The details that decide whether it works in practice. The key to the interface stays on the server and is never sent to the browser. The photo is rotated according to the camera data and scaled down to 2 000 pixels while still in the browser, so the hosting upload limit is never hit. Every request carries its own identifier, so when a connection drops and the member of staff tries again, the same photo is not charged for twice. The remaining credits are visible in the page header, only a successful edit is charged, and at zero the page warns in advance. Finished visualizations are kept in an archive of the last sixty, older ones delete themselves, and search engines are told not to index them.

We checked the search positions and the mentions in the AI answers on 9/27/2026 for both of the terms above. Search results differ by location and over time, so this is the state on that day. The score, the server response, the image descriptions and llms.txt were measured on 9/27/2026 with the same audit we offer for free on this website. The number of pieces of work, the image formats and sizes were read from the sitemap and the page source on the same day.
